Returns Policy

Overview

We promise you to consider all reasonable returns based upon the following criteria:

1. Broken or damaged goods.   2. Faulty or unacceptable quality.  3. Item not as described or displayed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  You must request the return within 7 days of receiving the goods.  All returns will be completely at the discretion of Gamer Gifts.  We will not return items due to not reading the explanation of the product or making assumptions.

All of our items are made to order and printed/created to suit your order.  Unless it meets the criteria above we will not consider a refund of your purchase.

To apply for a return, please email [email protected] Subject Title with your order number.  In the text of the email, please outline your concern of the product.  Please attach photos of the picking slip, product overall and a close up of any fault that is mentioned.  We will respond to your request within 48 hours.  If approved, we will either agree to replace or refund your order excluding shipping.  For a replacement, we will wear any associated cost of shipping the new item to you.

Please do not send your purchase back without approval as it will be ignored.

Please return your item to Gamer Gifts. P.O. Box 77, Golden Beach, Qld, 4551 and include the following items:

  • Original Packing Slip.
  • Product and packaging.
  • Printed copy of email from Gamer gifts authorising the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, we will process the refund immediately, depending on the payment gateway processing, it may take a few days to arrive to your account..


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Some sale items may not be refunded at Gamer Gifts Discretion.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange due to ordering an incorrect item like the wrong phone case model, please contact us as we have a solution.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gamer Gifts, P.O. Box 77, Golden Beach, Qld, 4551..

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
