Orders and Shipping

For current orders, please email help@gamergifts.com.au or call on 1300426438 as soon as possible.

For future orders, click on your account and edit your details.

You will get an email at every stage, receipt of order, when it moves to production, completed and sent.

When you recieve these emails, when we have produced your shipping advice the tracking will be attached with an easy to click on link that will show you the tracking progress of your parcel delivery.

We do not keep any credit card information on file, our supplier (Paypal) who runs above industry standard encryption stores your details and this is where your information is stored only if you request to keep on file. 

All of our pricing includes sales tax.

We ship to all countries that Australia Post sends to, which is most countries.

Depending on your order and the type of products, usually yes, but out canvases and clothing come from our preferred suppliers.

This will never be at any additional cost to you.
