- Orders come through to us immediately, we usually act upon every order within 1-2 hours. Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours from ordering.

- Delivery address can be different to billing address, just check the box delivery to a different address on the shopping cart/check out.
- We ship to all countries that Australia Post delivery to, for an up to date list click on Australia Post Delivery Locations.
- 95% of the time your order will be delivered in one parcel, on occasions, we do have to use third parties for some products, in which case, your order can arrive in two separate parcels.
Cancellations / Refunds
- We accept cancellations due to remorse, change of mind, weather or circumstances up until the order has hit the production line. At this time a full refund will be issued and the order cancelled.
