Orders and Shipping
We dispatch your order within 24 hours from ordering, we do not control third part delivery services like Australia Post, Aramex and Fastway. During COVID times it is not uncommon to have delays, For more information please see our Shipping Policy.
You will be notified when we receive your order, when it enters production/picking and when it is completed. The completed email will have tracking attached. If you have not received these email, please firstly check junk mail folders, if not present, please contact us.
We keep no information on file, if you elect to save your credit card information, it is stored with our payment gateway provider (Stripe) on a secure server fully protected. We have no access to this information.
Australian G.S.T. is applied to all of our products.
We ship only to Australia.
Your items may come in separate packages, whether due to stock levels or printing methods, some of our printing methods are supplied from other supplier and will be shipped directly from them.
What happens when things go wrong
Returns and Exchanges
All of our items are print on demand and unless otherwise approved by us with supporting photos of faulty product, no refunds will be issued.
If we do supply you a faulty product that is not as described or varies in a significant way from what is displayed, we will issue a credit, but will be at our discretion.

Please Contact Us. If the item was ordered incorrectly by yourself we have ways to assist you. If this was due to our mistake, we will remedy the situation immediately.
This does happen on occasions, it is very important to contact us immediately with photos of the complete packaging, the damaged item and how it was packed. Please collect this information and Contact Us.

There is nothing we can do if we have already dispatched your order. If you have not received a completed email, please Contact Us, please do this via phone and not email as it is urgent and important to attend to this.
If you have caught the order before it has been printed and produced, we are more than happy to change/modify/cancel. Due to resources used in production we may have incurred costs in the process so this may attract a handling fee.
We prefer not to do this as we are extremely busy keeping our customers happy, please keep an eye on the product you are after and it will show available when it returns to stock.
